300 was encoded in VC1 and last 1h57. This Blu-Ray release has: 1 commentary, 6 featuretes (HD, SD), 12 Webisodes(SD) and 3 deleted scenes(HD).

Conclusion
300 is a rent but also a buy for the extras. Btw, I really liked the 300: Fact or Fiction?(HD, 25 minutes) for the historic background. That being said, I would expect another version(when?) that would include the extras that were only in the HD-DVD version. Back then, the Blu-Ray profile(1.0) did not allow such extras.
