Mini-review: Resident Evil (Blu-Ray)
This is the first movie in the Resident Evil franchise and it was received later than the others in my rental list.
What is Resident Evil?
A team must go and disable the main computer in a secret lab. Unbeknown to them, the lab has a bigger secret with a bite.
The movie review
Resident Evil is more on the suspense side than the sequels. Even if I never played the video game that it's based on, I do like the overall story. It's simple yet I did not remember some of the plot since it's been a while I had seen it. For example, I did not remember that Eric Mabius from Ugly Betty was in there. I don't think he was searching for super models there. 
Resident Evil was encoded in AVC and last 1h41. This Blu-Ray release has: 2 commentaries, 12 featurettes(SD), trailers(SD), alternate ending(SD), the video "My plague" by Slipknot(SD). It also has Blu-Wizard so that you could create a playlist of the selected content.

Conclusion
Resident Evil is a rent but if you are a zombie movie lover, I would recommend that you buy it because of all the extras.
