A group of terrorist take over a US war ship. Only the cook can stop them.
The movie review
Under Siege was encoded in VC1 and last 1h43. I remember when people called Under Siege a Die Hard like movie but on a boat. That was funny. It is a good action movie to switch off the brain. Plus, I did like the scene with the cake in HD. 
This Blu-Ray release is the first where I found only 1 extra on it: the SD trailer. No commentaries at all. It's like if Warner did not want to invest to much on extras for catalog titles until a winner would come out in the HD format war back then.

Conclusion
Under Siege is a rent unless you want to buy all of Steven Seagal movies for your Blu-Ray collection.
